Tea/Patio Cart

The Crown Jewel in the set was the tea/cart, also built from solid oak for the main pieces and silver walnut (Alowood) for the trim and legs. The cart measures approximately 39”H x 22”D x 36”W. We carved a wine theme into the top, (a wine bottle with two glasses and a corkscrew) oak leaves in the back of the drawers, and design in the front of the drawer to accommodate the handles. To protect the top carving and the wood itself from spills or water damage, we built a decorative raised border around it and then filled it with clear epoxy. Please note that these are actual carvings and NOT inlays or appliqués.
